FAQ About Keikeu
Cake FAQ
• Cake can be ordered max. D-1 at 6 pm of delivery date for normal price or sameday max. 3 pm (with additional charge) as long as the slot's still available
• You can only book the slot once you’ve completed the payment/DP 50% for transaction more than 200k
• We use sponge cake as our base and light, less sugar buttercream
• Our cake contains NO preservatives and NO alcohol so it's safe for baby and HALAL
• Cake & painting result won't be 100% similar to your reference because all cakes are handmade, painting will be done with Happy Bites' style
• You will get 1 candle + 1 wooden knife/spoon
• Our keikeu packaging is very suitable for gift-giving, it will come in a nice & pretty form
Shelf Life
• AC room: Up to 12 hours
• Outdoor: Up to 3 hours
• Chiller: Up to 5 days (inside box)

Delivery
• Our cake can only be delivered to Jabodetabek area with these conditions:
— Whole & Lunch Box Keikeu: Gocar (recommended) / Happy Bites Courrier (bike with cooling bag) / Lalamove Bike (Tangerang/Jakut/Jakbar)
— Cube Keikeu: Happy Bites Courrier (bike with cooling bag) / Lalamove Bike (Tangerang/Jakut/Jakbar)
• All cake price excludes delivery fee & toll charge
• Available & recommended for self-pickup at Jl. Dempo II, Abadijaya, Sukmajaya, Depok
• Any damage with the cake due to the third party fault is out of our responsibility, we will send you the photo of the cake right before we send it and we always make sure the cake is in perfect condition
Change Policy
Before you make your purchase, please make sure the receiver's data is correct and you've chosen the design you desire. Please note that changes are not recommended, since there might be miscommunication.
Cancelation & Refund
• D-10: refund 50% of cake price + 100% of delivery fee
• D-7: refund 100% of delivery fee only
• D-3: NO refund
• If any force majeure or urgency on our behalf happens, we will refund 100% of the payment, or you can change your order to other available dates
